She was extremely friendly with our daughters, even entertaining them so we could see the properties properly, and of invaluable help to us. We had already tried buying a home in the greater Denver market a few years ago but gave up due to just how crazy it is. This time around, the market is very similar, but Erin made it much easier. I really appreciated all her advice and knowledge of the area during the process. She was always willing to give us her honest opinion on things that we, as inexperienced home buyers, wouldn’t even consider. Erin is a treasure. When showing me homes, she quickly figured out what I was looking for and within a week I was seeing homes that I would have been super happy to live in. She helped me navigate the requirements for my VA loan as well, pointing out items that might be an issue with certain homes. When it came down to finding our perfect home, she was always ready and able to help me work with my lender and was critical with the price negotiation to make sure I got the best deal for the best house. She even gave me some great recommendations after the sale for contractors and even the contractors say that she's the best real estate agent they've ever worked for. She's amazing, and if you want someone that will listen to you and be both an advocate and a friend - you should use Erin for your home purchase.
We came to her in April with a tight timeline and an even tighter budget, needing to have a house before our lease ended. She worked tirelessly, found us a ton of options, took us to a bunch of showings, and we closed in under a month on the perfect one. At every showing, she was knowledgeable and honest about things we should look out for, what needed to be fixed, what she thought could come up in inspection, etc. She has great contacts, and put us in touch with a lender and an inspection company that we will now swear by for any future real estate purchases. She is also great at finding niches in the market to get the most out of your budget. The point is, Erin is wonderful and if you want you want to find the perfect home, and want it to be easy, efficient, and fun, you need to work with her.
